ROOTED IN CARE
Clear signals. Thoughtful connections.
Grove is a free Maine pilot. Published profiles and listings go through review under the rules below. Our separate interactive demo uses fictional accounts and harvests; it does not represent live growers or availability.
What can be listed?
Only the grower’s own whole fresh fruits, vegetables, fresh culinary herbs, and ornamental cut flowers. This pilot excludes cannabis/hemp, prepared foods, animal products, sprouts, mushrooms, wild-foraged products, nursery stock, medicinal products, and resale. Cut flowers are ornamental and must not be represented as edible.
What does “profile reviewed” mean?
A reviewer has recorded the scope and evidence for enabling specified buyer channels. It is not a government license, food-safety inspection, legal opinion, or universal assurance of compliance. Contact confirmation, profile review, and checked credentials are separate signals.
Every sales channel matters.
Farms and home growers can request household and business inquiries. Review depends on products, location, and applicable sales-channel requirements. Consumer-specific exemptions do not automatically extend to restaurant or resale sourcing. Unresolved cases remain pending.
Fresh information, honestly labeled.
Available-now listings disappear from discovery seven days after confirmation or at the stated end date, whichever comes first. Planned harvests remain tentative. Producer statements about prices, quantities, and dates must be confirmed directly. Crop photos are illustrative.
Certification claims.
Organic claims require a current certification reference checked by a reviewer. Expired credentials stop appearing in the reviewed-certification filter. No Grove badge certifies an operation as organic or safe.
Concerns and appeals.
Use the report controls on listings, requests, profiles, and messages. You can block a member from further messaging. Growers can appeal a suspended profile in their studio; suspended account holders can contact support. Reviewers can inspect reported messages, rather than browsing private inboxes generally.

Where Grove is growing
Location search covers New England, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. The first member pilot is being prepared in Maine. Other states are planned and are not open for grower profiles or requests yet. Searching a nearby location does not establish eligibility for a sale, shipment or buyer channel across a state border.
